$8,990 a year — two months free. $499 onboarding waived. First-year saving vs monthly: $2,297.
Plus a one-time $499 onboarding. Cancel with thirty days' notice, no exit fee.
An application, not a checkout. We only take shops we're confident we can help.
All of it. In the one price.
That is roughly 800 calls: more than any single-location shop in our research has ever run in a month. Past it, additional minutes are $0.35 each, and we will tell you before you get near the line — never after.
We deliberately do not say “unlimited.” Unlimited is a promise we would have to break on the one shop that actually tested it, and we would rather publish a real number.
The comparison that matters isn't another app on your card. It's what it costs to put a competent person on that phone for the hours you're currently missing.

of shop labour at $149/hr. That's the entire monthly bill.
of gross profit a month to break even — one recovered job every other week.
Because that product is sold self-serve to a solo practitioner with a credit card, with no vertical vocabulary, no fleet workflow and no onboarding. You would be configuring it yourself, in generic language, and it would ask a driver for his email address before it asked whether the truck was drivable.
The gap in price is the gap in what gets done for you. If a $199 tool is genuinely what your shop needs, buy it — we would rather you did that than churn out of here in ninety days.
Because free trials of this product go badly for both sides. It gets set up quickly rather than properly, nobody at the shop is accountable for it, it runs untuned for three weeks, and then it gets judged on a version we would never have shipped.
You get the two things a trial was meant to give you instead: hear the agent before you pay anything, and leave any month you want on thirty days' notice.
A real build. We sit down with you, learn your services, hours, rates, bay capacity, fleet accounts and escalation rules, write and tune the agent to your shop, run test calls with you, and don't go live until you sign off on how it sounds.
It's waived entirely if you go annual. Most founding shops do.
Not if you're one of the twenty-five founding shops. Your rate is locked for as long as you stay — in writing, in the agreement, not as a verbal promise.
The list price will rise after the founding cohort. That's the entire point of the founding seat, and we would rather be straight with you about it than pretend otherwise.
Then you're an unusual shop and we'd want to know before you sign, not after. We watch minutes from day one and flag you well before the ceiling. Overage is $0.35 a minute — for comparison, human answering services charge between $1.60 and $2.95 for the same minute.
On monthly, no — thirty days' notice, no exit fee, and we export your call data and contacts on request. On annual you've committed to the year in exchange for two months free and a waived onboarding fee, which is the trade you're choosing to make.
The shop that answers, wins.
Hear the agent first. If it can't handle your calls, don't buy it — and we'd rather you found that out in five minutes than five months.
