Terms of service

The commercial terms in plain English. The signed service agreement is what actually governs the relationship.

Last updated: 2026.

These terms and your agreement

These terms cover your use of this website. If you become a client, a separate written service agreement governs the service itself — you'll receive it before you sign anything, and where it differs from this page, it wins.

What the service is

DieselDesk AI answers inbound calls on behalf of your shop, captures job details, books appointments to your calendar, and sends confirmations, reminders and follow-ups. It is a front-office service. It does not diagnose vehicles, and it is not a shop management system.

Price and billing

  • $899 per month, one all-inclusive package, billed monthly in advance.
  • Annual billing is available at $8,990 per year — two months free.
  • A one-time onboarding fee of $499 applies to monthly plans and is waived on annual.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

Founding partner price protection

The first twenty-five shops to sign are founding partners. Their monthly rate is locked for as long as their subscription remains continuously active, and is not subject to future list price increases. This commitment is written into the service agreement, not just this page. If a founding partner cancels and later returns, they return at the then-current list price.

Fair use

The package includes 2,000 AI call minutes per calendar month. Additional minutes are billed at $0.35 per minute. We monitor usage and will notify you before you approach the ceiling — you will not be surprised by an overage line. We do not advertise the service as unlimited.

Cancellation

Monthly plans may be cancelled with thirty days' written notice, with no exit fee. Annual plans run to the end of the committed term. On cancellation we export your call records and contacts to you on request and delete them from our systems on request.

Your responsibilities

  • Giving us accurate information about your shop — hours, services, capacity, rates and escalation rules — and telling us when it changes.
  • Having the right to forward the phone line you ask us to answer.
  • Using the service lawfully, including complying with the call-recording and messaging rules that apply where you operate. We'll help you get this right; we can't do it for you.

Availability and limitations

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If the service is unavailable, calls fall back to your existing line and voicemail. The service depends on third-party telephony and speech infrastructure, and on your own phone system being correctly configured.

The AI can make mistakes. It is configured to escalate anything outside its scope to a person, and every call is recorded so errors can be found and corrected. You should review bookings as you would review bookings taken by a new employee.

No revenue guarantee

Figures on this website — including anything produced by the calculator — are illustrations based on inputs you choose and on cited industry research. They are not a promise of results. Your results depend on your call volume, your pricing, your capacity and your market.

Intellectual property

The DieselDesk AI name, the software and the agent configurations we build remain ours. Your customer data, call records and business information remain yours.
